Use the Matched Transactions report to view the details of all matched transactions. This report filters data based on five parameters: Match Group, Match Rule, Dataset, First Import Date, and Last Import Date.

The first three parameters are dependent on each other. For example, for the Match Rule, you can choose All Rules or any rule defined for your selected Match Group. For the Dataset, you can choose All Datasets or a dataset used for your selected Match Rule. The date range narrows down the transactions to those imported during that period. Seeing ‌matches automatically generated for each specific rule within a match group is helpful. Some of the information presented in this form is for transactions, while some is related to matches.

Transaction-related information includes ID, Date, Amount, Description, and Import Date. The ID is retrieved from the ID column associated with the dataset in the Datasets form. The Date, Amount, and Description are retrieved from the Date, Amount, and Description columns associated with the dataset in the Match Group Datasets form, respectively. The Import Date is the date of when the transaction is imported into the transaction table.

Match-related information includes Match ID, Match Date, and Match Rule. Match ID is a unique identifier given by the system for each match. It links the transactions on both sides of a match in the transaction tables that are connected to the datasets. Match Date is the date when the transactions were matched automatically or manually. Match Rule is the name of the rule used to match the transactions. It's applicable only for automatic matches.
