You can change your Anaplan password from your account profile. 

Note: If you use single sign-on (SSO) to access Anaplan, this set of instructions doesn't apply to you. If your account is locked, see Help me log in .

To change your password:

  1. On your Profile screen, select Change password.
  2. Complete the entries below:
    • Current Password
      Enter your current password.
    • New password
      Enter your new password. This mustn't be the same as your last ten passwords, and must contain:
      • at least eight characters
      • a mix of upper and lower-case letters (A-Z)
      • at least one number (0-9)
      • mustn't contain the £ character.
    • Confirm password
      Enter your new password again. 
  3. Select Update Password.
