You can reset your password from your account profile.

Note: You can only change your password in this way, if you are not using a single sign-on (SSO) system to access Anaplan. 

To change your password:

  1. On your Profile screen, select Change password.
  2. Complete the following fields:
    • Original Password
      Enter your original password.
    • New password
      Enter your new password. Ensure the password contains:
      • at least eight characters
      • a mix of upper and lower case letters
      • at least one number.
    • Confirm password
      Enter your new password again. 
  3. Select Set New Password.


We may update our documentation occasionally, but will only do so in a way that does not negatively affect the features and functionality of the Anaplan service.
