You can change your profile details or change your password in the My account screen.
To open your account, select your user initials in the top right-hand corner, and select My account.
In the Profile screen, you can manage your account details, such as:
- How your first name and last name display in Anaplan.
- The language the user interface displays in
- Your time zone.
Note: the account email address field is displayed, but it isn't editable. You can change your password, provided you aren't using a single sign-on (SSO) system for your login. Otherwise, contact your SSO administrator on how to change your password.
Notification preferences
Use notification preferences to decide how you receive notifications when someone mentions you in a comment, shares a page with you, or notifies you of an action. You can also decide how to receive notifications of upcoming scheduled maintenance.
To change your notification preferences:
- Select Notifications in the left-hand pane.
- Select Change notification preferences.
- Use the toggles to customize your email, mobile push notifications, and Slack notifications. These options may be disabled altogether if a Tenant Administrator configures them at the tenant level.
If you have access to multiple tenants, your Slack notification preferences only apply to the tenants that have Slack installed. Contact your tenant administrator to integrate Slack.
