Reorder report slides to structure your report presentation, and help your narrative flow.

To change the order of slides in a report:

  1. Click on to enter designer mode for a report page.
  2. To move a slide, either:
    • drag and drop the slide to a gap between existing slides, or to the top or bottom of the slide list; or
    • hover over a slide label, click , and then select one of:
      • Move slide to beginning
      • Move slide up
      • Move slide down
      • Move slide to end

Your slide will then move to the new position.
