You can enable Breakback for line items either from the Modules configuration pane, or a module open in Blueprint mode. When you enable Breakback for line item, and enter a value into the total (aggregate) cell, the value is distributed across the cells that make up the total.
You can only enable Breakback for line items that have a number format and do not contain formulas.
Note: If you want to apply Breakback to line items created after the module was created, you must select New Line Items: On at the top of the Breakback column in the Modules pane.
To enable Breakback from the Modules pane:
Select the Line Items tab.
Scroll across the columns and select Breakback for the line items you want to apply Breakback to.
To enable Breakback within a module:
Open the module in Blueprint.
Scroll across the columns and select Breakback for the line items you want to apply Breakback to.
Total cells that have Breakback enabled have a blue triangle in the top-left corner. To see how many cells are affected by Breakback, hover over the Breakback marker.
To hide the Breakback markers, go to the Help menu and select Hide breakback markers.
