In the Anaplan for Microsoft 365 Add-in, learn how to resolve conflicts you may encounter when you send and refresh a read-write connection from your Excel worksheet.

Send and refresh updates Anaplan with changes you make in Microsoft 365.

For most errors, select Refresh and check if the data in the model or your access permissions have changed.

If there have been no changes to the data in Anaplan and no changes to cell format in Microsoft 365, you can submit your data. To resolve data conflicts between Anaplan and Microsoft 365, you may need to exit the wizard.

When there is a value change for a cell in Microsoft 365 and the same cell in Anaplan:

  • Apply your changes to Anaplan.
  • Refresh all data to update Microsoft 365 with the values and cell formats used in Anaplan.

If any other conflicts are present, click Cancel to exit the wizard and resolve the conflicts, then try again.
