You must be a workspace administrator to import users and user attributes.
Prepare the import file
The file must be saved with a .txt, .csv, or .zip extension. If you upload a zipped (.zip) file, it must only contain a single .txt or .csv file.
If a user already has an account, the import file must include their email address or their user ID.
To add a new user, the import must include an email address, their first name, and their last name.
If you want to import model roles, check that the role exists on the Roles tab in the Users pane. If you do not include a model role in the import, the new users have the No Access role. If you do import model roles, these apply only to the current model. Users have the No Access role in other models unless you assign a different model role.
To import selective access permissions, ensure the file displays the access permissions in a comma-separated list. For example: Products Write, Products Read, Product None.
To import Single Sign-on (SSO) settings, the import file must include data that uses true or false to indicate whether the user logs in with SSO.
Run Import.
A progress dialog displays as the import runs.
If you want to cancel the import, select Cancel in the top-right corner of the dialog.
OK.
The import saves as an action, but does not run.
When the import completes, or if you cancel the import, an Import Completed dialog displays. This reports how many items imported successfully and any that did not. You can open the Details tab for a detailed report or select Close to exit the dialog.
