After you create a pipeline in Anaplan Data Orchestrator, you can then edit, rename, or delete the pipeline.

To view and edit pipelines:

  1. Select Data Orchestrator from the top-left navigation menu.
  2. Choose a dataspace from the list.
  3. Select Pipelines from the left-side panel.
  4. Select Edit pipeline.
  5. Make edits to the pipeline.
  6. Select Publish.

You can rename a pipeline to better reflect its purpose or to align with your organization's naming conventions.

To rename a pipeline:

  1. Locate the pipeline you want to rename from the Pipelines inventory screen. 
  2. Select the ellipses icon to the right of the pipeline row, and then select Rename
  3. Enter the new name in the Pipeline name field. 
  4. Select Confirm 

To view details about a pipeline, select the pipeline row from the Pipelines inventory screen. The pipeline details display in Details tab on the right-side panel.

Some pipeline details that display are:

  • When the pipeline was created and who created it.
  • The pipeline run result (such as Completed or Failed).
  • The timestamp of the last run.
  • When the pipeline was last updated.

The pipeline source and target details display in the Source and Targets tabs on the right-side panel.

You can view more details about the pipeline run history.

To view a pipeline run history:

  1. Find a pipeline you ran from the Pipelines screen. 
  2. Select a pipeline name link to open it in the pipeline designer view.
  3. Select Show history.
    The Run history panel displays on the left side of the screen.
  4. Select View full history.

If you no longer need a pipeline or it has become obsolete, you can permanently remove it from your workspace.

To delete a pipeline:

  1. Locate the pipeline you want to rename from the Pipelines screen. 
  2. Select the ellipses icon to the right of the pipeline row, and then select Delete
  3. Select Confirm.
