Review data model to see if there are any unreferenced data records that may need to be corrected.
Data exists in the Financial Consolidation database in a table by data model. Each data point is referenced with a set of keys that represent members of your data model. Sometimes, members can be deleted or keys can be changed involuntarily. This can make the data in the table unreferenced.
Access the report
To access the report:
- Select the Explorer module.
- Expand Global > Administrator > Diagnostics.
- Right-click the Unreferenced Model Data report and select Open. Alternatively, double-click the report to open it.
Note: Your administrator may have moved the report to another place, or it may be started as part of a process.
View the report
Select the data model for which you want to analyze any unreferenced data once the report is open. The report displays the unreferenced records. Any columns that contain a blank value represent members that are no longer valid in the system.
