You might need your SSO Friendly URL to use SSO. Your tenant administrator can provide this.
The process to use SSO differs based on whether SSO Authentication is enabled or disabled in the selected authentication setting.
For customers on the Canada Prod environment, you'll need to disable Universal Login or use Anaplan for Microsoft 365. You can sign in with your Anaplan credentials or single sign on (SSO).
Universal login with SSO does not work for classic or legacy SSO connections.
