Get an overview of how Movements for each Account are categorized and the conditions under which input is allowed or protected.

When you use the Balance Sheet Continuity Schedule or the Balance Sheet Elimination Continuity Schedule, accessed through Fluence global folder > Consolidation > Inputs, the Movements for each Account is either:

  • Input (yellow): If the value for Allow Input is set to Yes for the Movement Classification Group.
  • Protected (white): If the values for Allow Input and Intercompany are set to No for the Movement Classification Group.
  • Orange: If the value for Intercompany is set to Yes and Allow Input is set to No. Input is protected in the Balance Sheet Continuity Input form. Right-click and select Intercompany Detail to open the Balance Sheet Intercompany Detail form for Trading Partner input.
  • Hidden: If the Movement or its parent isn't defined within the Movement Classification Details.
