You can view the extract action history for source datasets. The extract action extracts data from a connection to Anaplan Data Orchestrator to create source datasets.
Extract action history isn't available for datasets imported from Anaplan models or files.
The extract action history displays this information:
- Status: Shows if the extract action succeeded, failed, or was canceled.
- From: Shows where the user initiated the extract action from:
- ADO: The user initiated the extract action from Anaplan Data Orchestrator (ADO).
- NUX: The user initiated the extract action from the Anaplan user experience.
- Workflow: The user initiated the extract action from Workflow.
- Finished: Shows when the extract action finished.
- Message: Shows more information about the extract action.
To view the extract action history for datasets extracted from connections:
- Select Data Orchestrator from the top-left navigation menu.
- Select Source data from the left-side panel.
- Find the row that contains the dataset extracted from a connection.
- Select any area within that row that doesn't contain the dataset link.
The right-side panel opens with the View history link at the bottom.
Note: If you select the dataset link instead of an unlinked area in the row, you won't see the View history link. - Select View history from the bottom of the right-side panel.
