User administrators can view or edit a visiting user's profile details.

To view a user's details:

  1. Select Administration from the top-left navigation menu.
  2. Select Users > Visiting.
  3. Select a user from the list.
  4. Select the Details tab (selected by default) in the right-side panel.

These user details display under Details:

Profile detailDescription
NameThe name on the user profile.
Email AddressThe email address associated with the user profile.
User IDThe Anaplan-assigned ID for the user.
User licenseThe assigned user license. The participant lines of business display if those were assigned.

User administrators can edit the user details.

To edit user details:

  1. Select Edit at the bottom right of the panel.
  2. Modify any of the editable elements.
  3. Select Save.
