Use the Tax Rate List form to create, edit, or delete from a list of Tax Rates that can be used for Tax Formulas.
It's similar to creating Conversion Rates, such as EndRate or AverageRate, that can then be used within Conversion formulas.
Access the form
To access the form:
- Select the Maintain module.
- Select Tax Rate List from the Tax section to open the maintenance form.
Use the form
Within the Tax Rate List form, you can add, edit, activate, deactivate, and delete Tax Rates.
These columns in the form must be completed:
| Column | Value |
| Name | Enter the name of the Tax Rate. |
| Caption | Enter the caption or description of the Tax Rate. |
| Active | Select True or False to set if the Tax Rate will be active. Alternatively, right-click a rule and select Activate or Deactivate. Inactive rules are highlighted in grey and appear at the end of the list of Tax Rates. |
| Sort Order | Enter the numeric value that controls the sort order within the form. |
