Tenant administrators can assign or unassign administration roles to internal users in their tenant.
Note: Workspace administrators can assign the workspace administrator role within models.
To assign administration roles:
- Select Administration from the top-left navigation menu.
- Select Access Control > Assignments from the left-side panel.
- Select a user from the list.
To search for a user, select First Name, Last Name, Role, or Email from the dropdown at the top-right corner of the page, and enter a search term in the Find field. - Select a checkbox from Roles section at the bottom of the page.
You can select more than one role. - Select Save.
To unassign an administration role, deselect the checkbox from Roles section at the bottom of the page, and select Save.
