Tenant administrators can assign or unassign administration roles to internal users in their tenant.

Note: Workspace administrators can assign the workspace administrator role within models.

To assign administration roles:

  1. Select Administration from the top-left navigation menu.
  2. Select Access Control > Assignments from the left-side panel.
  3. Select a user from the list.
    To search for a user, select First Name, Last Name, Role, or Email from the dropdown at the top-right corner of the page, and enter a search term in the Find field.
  4. Select a checkbox from Roles section at the bottom of the page.
    You can select more than one role.
  5. Select Save.

To unassign an administration role, deselect the checkbox from Roles section at the bottom of the page, and select Save.
