You can access activity logs for every object in Predictive Insights. This includes datasets, models, scoring and enrichment actions.
In Predictive Insights, you can access an activity log from the object's information panel. To do this, select a dataset, model, or action, and on the right-hand side select View activity.
This displays the activity log which tells you information such as the object's status, when the event took place, how long it lasted and what was the final outcome. The log also displays message codes for system messages, which you can check in 0Predictive Insights system messages.
You can also use the on the right-hand side of each item to create a support email with all the details Anaplan Support will require to address an issue.
