Workspace administrators can apply time ranges as a dimension in existing modules.

Create any time ranges you need in Time in the model settings bar.

You can apply a time range in the Modules  tab or the module Blueprint.

Note: Be aware that if you change time dimensionality at module level, the change will not be automatically inherited by line items.

To apply a time range from the Modules tab:

  1. Select Modules in the model settings bar.
  2. Locate the module to which you want to assign a time range.
  3. In the Time Range column, select a new time range from the dropdown.
    A dialog will display warning of potential data loss from the resulting change.
  4. Select OK to apply the change or Cancel to return to the previous screen.

To apply a time range from the module Blueprint:

  1. Select Modules in the model settings bar.
  2. Select Open for the module you want to apply the time range to.
  3. Select Blueprint .
  4. In the grid, scroll right to the Time Range column and select a Time Range from the dropdown.

A dialog will display warning of potential data loss from the resulting change.

  1. Select OK to apply the change.
