Tenant administrators can assign Anaplan Data Orcestrator dataspaces to integration administrators. After being assigned to a dataspace, an integration administrator can access and manage their assigned dataspace in Data Orchestrator.

You must assign internal users the integration administrator role before you can assign dataspaces. Your tenant must also be entitled to Data Orchestrator to view the dataspaces in your tenant that you can assign.

Assign dataspaces

To assign dataspaces to an integration administrator:

  1. Select Administration from the top-left navigation menu.
  2. Select Users > Internal from the left-side panel.
  3. Select the integration administrator.
  4. Select the Roles tab from the right-side panel. 
  5. Select Assign dataspace under the Integration Admin switch.
  6. Select dataspaces for the user to manage, and then select Save.
    The number of dataspaces assigned to the user and an Edit link display under the switch.

Note: Integration administrators automatically have access to dataspaces they create in Data Orchestrator. Tenant administrators can unassign integration administrators from the dataspaces they created to remove their access.

Edit assigned dataspaces

Tenant administrators can assign additional dataspaces to integration administrators. They can also unassign dataspace access.

To edit the assigned dataspaces:

  1. Select the Edit link under the Integration Admin switch.
  2. Select dataspaces to assign, or deselect dataspaces to unassign.
  3. Select Save.
