Tenant administrators can assign the Application Owner role from the Administration console.
You can assign the role to internal users from the Internal page, and visiting users from the Visiting page. You can also assign the role to internal users from the Assignments page.
Assign the Application Owner role to internal users
To assign the Application Owner role to an internal user:
- Select Administration from the top-left navigation menu.
- Select Users > Internal from the left-side panel.
- Select a user from the list.
- Select the Roles tab from the right-side panel.
- Turn on the Application Owner switch.
Assign the Application Owner role to visiting users
To assign the Application Owner role to a visiting user:
- Select Administration from the top-left navigation menu.
- Select Users > Visiting from the left-side panel.
- Select a user from the list.
- Select the Roles tab from the right-side panel.
- Turn on the Application Owner switch.
Assign the Application Owner role from the Assignments page
You can also assign the Application Owner role to internal users from the Assignments page.
To assign the Application Owner role from the Assignments page:
- Select Administration from the top-left navigation menu.
- Select Assignments from the left-side panel.
- Select a user from the list.
- Select the Application Owner checkbox from Roles section at the bottom of the page.
- Select Save.
