This report displays data recorded to elimination entities in your system according to your defined consolidation rules.

This information is only available if the consolidation procedure was run with the audit parameter set to TRUE.

The system requires these member tags for the report:

Note: Member tagging is done within the Anaplan Financial Consolidation Model Manager.

To access the report:

  1. Select the Explorer module.
  2. Expand the Global > Consolidation > Reports folder.
  3. Right-click the Audit – Consolidation report and select Open. Alternatively, double-click the report to open it.

Note: Your administrator may have moved the report to another location, or it may be started as part of a process.

The key parameters of the report are:

ScenarioIt defaults to the scenario tagged as #Actual.

Once you have selected the parameters, the report displays:

The account sets are grouped by group, entity, and elimination entity.

These are further sub-grouped by audit with its journal number. Once the audit is expanded, you can view the accounts that make up the calculated entry.

Elimination EntityThe elimination entity where the data is stored.

IntercompanyThe intercompany member where the data is located.
AuditThe audit member where the data is stored. 
DebitThe value that's been debited.
CreditThe value that's been credited.
