There's an additional step in configuring Equity Pickup to define the relationship between the Equity Pickup entity and the Holding company.

Set up the Direct Ownership to connect the Equity Pickup entity and the parent company.

To open the Direct Ownership form:

  1. Navigate to the Maintain module.
  2. Choose Direct Ownership from the Ownership card. 
  3. Double-click an Entity on the left.
  4. Choose the Subsidiary, Start Date, End Date and Holding Entity.
  5. Enter the Percentage.
