As an Integration Administrator, you can cancel an integration run.

An integration's status must be Running to cancel it.

To cancel an integration:

  1. Select Integrations & Processes from the left side panel.
  2. Select an integration from the list.
  3. Select the ellipsis ... to the right of the Status column and select Cancel from the menu.
  4. Select Yes to confirm the cancellation.

CloudWorks terminates the integration run. This can take a few minutes. When the cancellation is complete, the revised integration status displays.
