Save changes to the current view
To save changes to the current view, select View > Save. When prompted, select OK to confirm that you want to overwrite the view.
For the default view, you can select View > Save, but the same procedure as when you save a new view.
Save a new view
To save a new view:
- Select View > Save As.
- Enter a name for the view in the Save As field.
- Optionally:
- Deselect Always open on current page, if you want the view open on the page that was selected the last time you opened the module, instead of the current page.
Always open on current page is selected by default. - Select Save as default view for module if you want the view to be the default view.
- Deselect Always open on current page, if you want the view open on the page that was selected the last time you opened the module, instead of the current page.
- Select Save.
Note: It's best practice to test how long it takes to close and reopen your saved view.
Heavily filtered pages may take a long time to open. You may want to optimize filter performance or reduce the number of filters.
