As a workspace administrator, you can format line items in modules to determine the type of data users can enter into the line item.

Create any modules or line items you might need in Modules  in the model settings bar.

Warning: If you change a line item's data type, you might lose data. For example, if you change the data type from Number to Text, some data may be lost.

To format a line item:

  1. Select Modules  in the model settings bar.
  2. Select the module that contains the line item you want to format, then select Open.
  3. Select Blueprint , then select the ellipsis () or double-click in the Format column for your line item.
  4. Select a data format, and configure any additional options.
  5. Select OK.
