Gaps provide an easy addition of a row or column break within a grid for presentation and layout.
In the example below, the gaps section of the grid is broken down by the parent Account level. This makes it easier to understand and understand the information.

To insert a grid break, select the row or column member where you wish to insert a break. Go to the Grid Ribbon > Gap. It inserts an empty row/column below the specific member as shown below:

If you wish to delete a Gap, right-click in the first cell of the Gap > Calculation > Delete Calculation.
