Manage apps

To create an app, you must be a page builder. 

To create an app:

1. Select Apps from the navigation toolbar.
2. Select Create an app.
3. Enter a Name and Description for the app.
   App names can be up to 60 characters long. App descriptions can be up to 300 characters long.
4. Select Create.

Once you create an app, you can add categories and pages.

To change the name or description of an app: 

1. From the app contents screen, select > Edit properties.
2. Edit the Name or Description of the app.
3. Select Update. 

You can duplicate an existing app as the basis of a new app you’re building. You can duplicate an app with up to 6,000 cards.

To duplicate an app:

1. Select Options for this app > Duplicate app from the Apps screen.
2. Optionally, enter a Name and Description, then select Done.

You can restore an app for up to 90 days after its deletion. Personal pages then reconnect with the restored app if you chose to preserve links. 

You can delete an app from the Apps screen, or from the app contents screen once you’ve opened the app. . 

When you delete an app, you’ll receive a prompt if you’d like to keep your personal pages. These will be available to end users after the app is deleted. If you keep the pages, they’ll not be reinstated if you restore the app. 

To delete an app from the Apps screen, select Options for this app > Delete app. In the Delete app dialog, select Keep personal pages associated with this app. Select Delete.

To delete an app from the app contents screen, select Manage this app > Delete app. In the Delete app dialog, optionally, select Keep personal pages associated with this app. Select Delete. 

To restore all deleted apps, on the Apps screen, select Manage apps > Restore deleted apps. In the Restore deleted apps dialog, select the checkbox next to the apps you want to restore, then select Restore.
