Access and modify the read-only security reports in the Security module. 

You can view security reports about User Information, Roles with Assigned Users, and Role Authorization.

To access the reports:

  1. Navigate to the Security module and select the User Reports tab.
  2. Select the User Information, Roles with Assigned Users, or Role Authorization report from the Report Type dropdown. 

The User Information report displays information for each user defined in the module:

First NameDisplays the user's first name.
Last NameDisplays the user's last name.
User NameDisplays the user's user name.
EmailDisplays the user's email address.
RoleDisplays the role or roles the user has been assigned.
StatusDisplays whether the user is enabled or disabled within the platform.
CreatedDisplays the date the user was created on the platform.
Last Login DateDisplays the user's last login date.

The report opens with the Last Name column used as the main sort.

The report displays this information for each user defined in the module.

ParameterDescription
RoleDisplays the role the user has been assigned. The user may appear in multiple roles. 
First NameDisplays the user's first name.
Last NameDisplays the user's last name.
User NameDisplays the user's user name.
EmailDisplays the user's email address.

The report opens with the Role column used as the main sort.

The report displays the roles assigned to specific authorizations assigned to roles within the module.

Roles

Displays:

  • Yes for the specific authorization rights. Or,
  • All if all the children of the parent authorization have been granted for the role. 
  • The cell is blank if a role has no authorization set for a section, subsection, or specific module rights.

The report opens with roles across columns, sorted alphabetically.
