The Anaplan for Microsoft 365 Add-on is in early access (EA). It's only available to participants of the EA program.

You must install the add-in before you can sign in.
Once you sign in, you can use the Add-in to access your Anaplan UX cards in Excel, Word or PowerPoint.
Sign in
You can sign in with your email address and password, or with SSO. Universal login with SSO does not work for classic or legacy SSO connections.
To sign in:
- Open a Microsoft 365 document and select the Anaplan icon from the Home tab.
The Anaplan sidebar displays. - Optionally, select Environments in the top-right corner and then select your required environment.
- Select Sign In, then:
- Enter your Anaplan email address and password and select Continue.
- Select Log in with Single Sign-on (SSO), enter your email address, then select Continue.
On the next screen, select your Single Sign-on Provider and follow your SSO sign in process.
When you sign in for the first time, a short "Get Started" guide displays. This walks you through the basics of how to use and navigate the Anaplan for Microsoft 365 sidebar.
Sign out
You can still work with your data in Microsoft 365 after you sign out. However, you need to sign in again in order to refresh your cards and work with the latest data.
To sign out:
- Select Menu
in the top-left of the Anaplan sidebar. - Select Sign out.
You are automatically signed out of the Add-in after 30 minutes of inactivity, or when you close your Excel, Word or PowerPoint document.
