Once an export is set up, workspace administrators can run it again from the Actions pane in the model.

If the export was saved as private, only the person who created it can run the import from the Actions pane. 

If the export was shared with workspace administrators, or everyone, any workspace administrator with the requisite access can run the import or export from Actions .

You must have access to the module, list, or line items from which you want to export data. If you do not have Selective Access or dynamic cell access to some data, you can still run the export, but any data to which you lack access is not included in the export.

To run an export from the Actions pane:

  1. In the Actions tab of the Actions pane, select the import you want to run.
    If you select an export saved as a private file the Run button is disabled.
  2. Select Run from the toolbar at the top.
    A dialog shows the progress of your export and the file downloads.
    You can select Cancel to stop the export before it finishes.
