The tables below provide explanations for labels and statuses within the Sent Documents list.
Sent Documents
Label | Description |
Status | The current status of the envelope:

Sent | The date the envelope was sent. By default, the date format is set to YYYY-MM-DD. |
-Documents Sent -Completed Documents -Pending Documents -Declined Documents | The number of documents sent/completed/pending/declined. |
View | Select the icon to open a PDF copy of the sent document. The icon displays when the first recipient in the DocuSign workflow signs, views, or receives a copy of the document. |

Status | Draft: Document not yet sent. In Progress: Some recipients in the workflow have not signed the document. Completed: All recipients in the workflow have signed the document. Voided: You've voided the envelope and the document has not been sent. Void in progress: The envelope is currently being voided. Declined: One or more recipients have refused to sign the document. Error: The recipient's name and email address are either missing or invalid. Documents that have this status will not be sent. |
