You can download your DocuSign integration logs to review, and archive them.
You may need the logs for audit purposes. To download the logs:
- Select Download from the Sent Documents list.
- Set the time span. The options are:
- 30 days
- 60 days
- 180 days
- All available logs
Note: The All Available Logs option contains up to 999 days of log data. Anaplan plans a future implementation to periodically delete DocuSign integration logs older than 180 days. We will communicate when this feature is implemented.
- Select Download.
