Below are some of the DocuSign errors you may encounter and, how to resolve them.
- The DocuSign Workflow status is not automatically updated in Anaplan. To view the latest status in Anaplan, select Update Anaplan in the integration.
- You cannot access deleted and archived models from DocuSign. If this happens, you're prompted to select a different model.
- If your envelope contains a large number of recipients, it could take some time before they all receive their DocuSign email. To find out if all your recipients have received the document, open the envelope and check each recipient's status.

The views selected in the Envelope and the Workflow must have the same structure | If your recipients' names, roles, email addresses, and data are stored in two different views, make sure they've the same:

No recipients are valid | You cannot send envelopes if the names and email addresses of your recipients are missing or invalid. Check that:
