The Data Orchestrator map helps you see the relationship between objects (such as data sources and models) and how data flows through Data Orchestrator.
To view the Data Orchestrator map, select Map on the left-side panel.
The map separates the data within Data Orchestrator into nodes and shows how the nodes are connected.
Find and navigate
The Find... field at the top-left of the page allows you to search for nodes that contain the search term.
This table summarizes the icons that display at the top of the page:

Overview section
The Overview section displays the part of the map that's visible on the main map screen. You can resize the visible blue area and drag it around with your mouse.
You can also use your mouse on the main screen to select and drag the main map area. If your mouse has a scroll wheel, use it to zoom in and out and resize the map.
View node details
Select a node on the main map screen to view its connection. When you select a node, the right-side panel also opens and displays details about the node. The data displayed depends on the type of node.
The right-side panel also shows links that can be used to go to those objects (source data, transforms, model links, model objects, and models).
Set search node
You can anchor the map to a specific node (search node) and show the precedent and dependent nodes.
To set the search node, select a node from the map, and select Set search node from the right-side panel. The name of the search node displays in the Find field. To reset the map, clear the Find field and wait a few seconds for the main map screen to refresh.
Node data categories
The data for each node is categorized by colors and icons. Select the Open chart key icon at the top right of the page to view the Chart key, which describes the the colors of the different types of nodes.
The table below is a summary of the different types of nodes seen in the map:
