Anaplan Data Orchestrator is available in packages. The total tenant allowance is based on the number of packages to which a tenant is entitled.
Data Orchestrator package
Data Orchestrator packages include these items that scale with the number of packages:
- 25GB of managed data
- 250 stored data tables
- 100 data extracts in a rolling 24 hour period
- 100 pushes of data from the Data Orchestrator to Anaplan models in a rolling 24 hour period
Additional packages can be purchased in any number of units.
Note: The maximum number of concurrently executing processes is five. This doesn't scale with the number of packages.
Tenant allowance
The total Data Orchestrator entitlement includes allowances for gigabytes used, datasets used, links used daily, and data extracts used daily. Integration administrators can view their tenant allowance usage from the Tenant Allowance section on the Overview page of Data Orchestrator.
Gigabytes used
The allowance for gigabytes used is measured by the data stored in the source datasets within Data Orchestrator. This data has been either:
- Uploaded from CSV files.
- Loaded from external applications through a connector or imported from Anaplan models.
The derived datasets, which are the result of a transformation view, don't count against the gigabyte allowance.
Datasets used
The allowance for datasets used is measured by the number of source datasets in Source Data that have been either:
- Uploaded from CSV files.
- Loaded from external applications through a connector.
- Imported from Anaplan models.
The derived datasets, which are the result of a transformation view, don't count against the datasets allowance.
Links executed
The allowance for links is measured by the number of model links that are executed in any 24-hour period. If a link fails to complete, this doesn't count against the links allowance.
Data extracts executed
The allowance for data extracts is measured by the number of data extracts that are executed in a 24-hour period. If a data extract fails to complete, this doesn't count against the data extract allowance.
Allowance exceeded
Warnings are shown when a tenant is about to reach the allowance. The tenant administrator receives an email if an allowance exceeds 100% utilization.
When a tenant reaches 200% utilization, it's no longer possible to perform activities subject to that allowance. For example, if a tenant has an allowance of 500 datasets and adds 1,000, it won't be possible to add another dataset until existing source datasets are removed or an entitlement to additional packages is added.
Contact your account team if the tenant regularly exceeds the allowance to have this increased.
