In Anaplan Data Orchestrator, a transformation view is a configured view of a source dataset. Apply transformation views to format the dataset before you push the dataset to an Anaplan model.
Once a transformation view has been applied to a dataset, the dataset is called a derived dataset. Derived datasets are identified in Data Orchestrator by the derived dataset icon .
You can create a transformation view with either a source dataset or another derived dataset. You can then create a link with the derived dataset and push it to a model.
