You can move and resize cards on your slide to emphasize your most important insights and provide narrative flow. You can move, resize, and reorder cards freely on a slide. If you select more than one card, you can align them for a consistent presentation. You can also snap to grid for position and size.
To edit cards, select Edit to open your page in designer mode.
Select Save to save as a draft, or Publish to publish the page.
Move cards
You can select any card or cards on a report slide to edit. To select more than one card, hold Shift and select another card. To clear your selection, select an area outside the slide.
To move the selected cards, either:
- Drag them to the desired position.
- Use the cursor keys.
- Press Shift + cursor keys to move the cards one pixel.
Resize cards
To resize a card, select the card and drag any corner or edge handle to the new size.
To resize selected cards with keyboard controls:

Rotate cards
You can only rotate shape cards. To rotate a shape card, select your shape and drag the anchor.
When you rotate a shape, the card title also rotates. If you save your shape to the card template library, the rotation isn't applied to the template.
Lock cards
To disable or enable selected cards from being moved or resized, select the cards, right-click, and select Lock or Unlock.
Reorder cards
Note: If you select more than one card, you can only reorder the card under your cursor.
To reorder a card, select the card, right-click, and select a reorder option.
To reorder selected cards with keyboard controls:

Snap to grid on a report
You can enable snap to grid to constrain your edits of card position and size for a consistent layout.
To enable snap to grid, select Layout > Snap to grid.
Optionally, you can show the grid. Select Layout > Show grid.
Align cards on a report slide
To align cards on a report slide, select two or more cards, right-click, and select an alignment option.
All selected cards move to align with the chosen edge.
Zoom the view of a report slide
To view the full slide, or focus on detail, you can zoom the view of a report slide.
To present the slides full-screen, select Present in the toolbar. You can only present slides on published report pages.
To zoom the view of a report slide, either select the
- Plus or minus icons.
- Zoom percentage in the toolbar and select an option.
To zoom the view of a slide with keyboard controls:

If the slide becomes larger than your screen, you can scroll your view.
