This input form enables you to record the Disposal Balance Sheet of a newly disposed entity. The Currency member is based on the local currency of the entity that is selected.
If a foreign entity is selected, local currency and the reporting currency are displayed. It enables you to input the Disposal Balance Sheet in both the currencies.
The Disposal Balance Sheet is stored in the Value Dataview and is also stored in the Disposals Movement member.
Prerequisites
The system requires these member tags for the Disposal Balance Sheet input form:

Note: Member tagging is done within the Anaplan Financial Consolidation Model Manager.
The system also requires Global Variables for the input form.

You must ensure that Audit members are set as the p_Audit property in the Entity dimension. Data input into the Balance Sheet Continuity Schedule is input to the Audit member set on the selected Entity parameter.
Access the input form
To access the Disposal Balance Sheet input form:
- Select the Explorer module.
- Expand the Fluence > Consolidation > Input.
- Right-click the Disposal Balance Sheet form and select Open. Alternatively, double-click the form to open it.
Note: Your administrator may have moved the form to another location, or it may be started as part of a process.
Parameters
The key parameters of the input form are:

Use the input form
Once you have selected the parameters, the input form displays:
- Rows display the accounts tagged as #BalanceSheet.
- Columns display Currencies.
Note:
- Both the reporting currency and the local currency of the selected Entity is displayed.
- If the period and Scenario combination selected isn't open, the Disposal Balance Sheet input form will be locked.
Data input into the form is submitted to the intersection below. Enter values for the available dimensions.

In an input form, if cells are:
- White: These cells are protected and can't be edited.
- Pale Yellow: These cells are editable. The movement classification allows input for that account.
- Dark Yellow: The movement classification requires intercompany input for that account.
Dropdown lists in an input template that are selectable are white with blue text.
