AI usage report

The Administration console features an AI usage report that summarizes the Anaplan AI credit usage for your tenant.

Anaplan AI use is measured in AI credits. AI credits are the units used to measure consumption of Anaplan AI capabilities, such as CoModeler or Anaplan Analyst.

Tenant administrators and AI administrators can access the AI usage report.

To access the AI usage report:

1. Select Administration from the top-left navigation menu.
2. Select AI > AI usage from the left-side panel.

From the AI usage report, you can view these details:

• Total credits used: Shows the amount of AI usage credits consumed by the tenant compared to the current credit allocation.
• Credit usage: Shows the credit consumption over 12 months. Hover over the Usage or Allowance limit lines to view a summary of the credit usage for a particular date:
  • The Usage line (solid line) shows the credits consumed over time.
  • The Allowance limit line (dashed orange line) shows the current credit allocation.
• Usage by user: Shows a breakdown of credit consumption by individual users. This helps administrators identify usage patterns and high-consumption activity. You can use the Find... search field to search for users in the table. 
  The table includes these details:
  • Email: The user’s email address.
  • First name and Last name: The name of the user.
  • Credits used: The number of credits used by this user over 12 months.
  • Credit % of Total Used: The percentage of total credits used by this user over 12 months.

You will be notified within Anaplan and by email when your tenant’s AI credit usage approaches its limit.

A banner also displays on the AI usage screen when your AI credit usage approaches, reaches, or exceeds the tenant’s credit allocation limit.
