Tenant administrators can view model information and manage model categories from the Models page in the Administration console.

To view the Models page, select Administration from the top-left navigation menu, and then select Models.

The Models page displays all models in your tenant. Models display in alphabetical order by model name.

Select a column header to sort the entries by column values.

From the Models page, you can view these model details:

  • Model name
  • State
  • Workspace
  • Business function
  • App

When you select a model from the list, a right-side panel opens. It shows the Details, Categories, and Users related to the model.

From the Details tab, you can view these model details:

  • Model name (Select the link to open the model.)
  • Model ID
  • Workspace (Select the link to view the workspace details.)
  • Workspace ID
  • Model state
  • Usage
  • Modified on
  • Created on
  • Last modified use ID
  • Last modified ID

You can view a model's categories and their category values from the Categories tab.

Use model categories to help you organize and provide additional details about your models. You can assign a category value that describes each category in more detail. For more information, see Manage model categories in Administration.

The model categories are:

  • Environment
  • Business Function
  • Geography
  • App
  • Planning cycle

Note: You can't change the model categories, but you can add custom category values.

From the Users tab, you can view users that have access to the model. You can also view when the user last logged in to Anaplan, and whether a user is enabled or disabled.
