1. Modeling
  2. Dashboards

Workspace administrators can publish model data to dashboards alongside charts and other model components. Dashboards enable users to visualize and analyze data. They also let non-workspace administrators view and work with model data.

You can create a dashboard in the Dashboards pane, which can be accessed from the model settings bar. Publish your module data and visualizations to a dashboard, then use the dashboard designer to design your dashboard.

Anaplan's dashboard elements let you design dashboards to suit your workflows and meet the needs of your users' model roles. The dashboards you have access to are listed in the model Contents . You can group dashboards into functional areas.

The Dashboards pane displays the following columns:

Column nameDescription
Functional AreaAssign a functional area to categorize a dashboard.
NotesAdd notes to a dashboard to communicate with other users.
Used ModulesShows the modules that feature on a dashboard.
Referenced as Landing DashboardShows the landing dashboard for each role in a model.

We may update our documentation occasionally, but will only do so in a way that does not negatively affect the features and functionality of the Anaplan service.
