  4. Use a presentation table card

Presentation tables display tabular data in your reports, to give context to data values, for example, in a profit and loss report.

Presentation tables are only available for use in report pages, and are suitable for grids of up to 300 rows and 50 columns.

Your page builder configures the presentation table view, including filters, order, and pivot.

The number of columns is fixed when the page builder creates the presentation table, but the columns displayed can change when the underlying list items or filters change.

The presentation table shows months as columns and categories of the profit and loss report as rows. Formatted values display in the grid.

You can change the context of the report in the toolbar, if the page builder has enabled that in your report.

We may update our documentation occasionally, but will only do so in a way that does not negatively affect the features and functionality of the Anaplan service.
