A KPI card displays the most important summary numbers on boards and worksheets from your data, including contexts, conditional formatting, and filters.
Your page builder configures your KPI cards. Configuration can include:
- A sparkline to display data labels when you examine data points.
- A title, description, and text formatting.
- Context selectors.
- Conditional formatting, to color the KPI card on a value scale.
- A number scale to help you see large numbers, such as thousands (K) or millions (M).
Change the context of a KPI card
If configured by your page builder, context selectors will display at the bottom of the card. To change the context of your card, select the dropdown list next to a context selector, and select the new context. Your card displays the new summary value, and updates the sparkline, if available.
Note: If a sparkline is enabled but doesn't display, select another option. A context selector without values doesn't display a sparkline.
