You can enable or disable users in your tenant from the Users tab in the Administration console.


To enable users:

  1. In Users, select users from the list to enable in the tenant.
    To select all the users visible on the screen, click the box containing the hyphen (-) character.
    To select a range of users, click the user at the start of the range. Hold the Shift key down and click the user to end the range.
    The list of your selected users displays in the right-hand side panel.  
  2.  Click Enable.

To disable users:

  1. In Users, select those users to disable in the tenant.
    To select all the users visible on the screen, click the box containing the hyphen (-) character.
    To select a range of users, click the user at the start of the range. Hold the Shift key down and click the user to end the range.
    The list of your selected users displays in the right-hand side panel.
  2.  Click Disable.
