You can view information about internal users native to your Anaplan tenant from the Internal page in the Administration console. Internal users are team members who are in your tenant.
To view the of internal users, select Administration from the top-left navigation menu, and then select Users > Internal.
Internal users page
The Internal page displays all the internal users in your tenant. The users are listed in alphabetical order by first name.
Select a column header to sort the entries by the column values.
From the Internal page, you can view these user details:
- First name
- Last name
- Enabled:
- A green checkmark shows that the user account is enabled.
- A red X shows that the user account is disabled.
- Last login time
Internal user right-side panel
When you select an internal user from the list, a right-side panel opens. It shows the Details, Roles, Workspaces, and Models related to the internal user.
Details tab
From the Details tab, you can view these details:
- First name
- Last name
- Email address
- Last login
- User ID
Note: If your tenant administrator turns on the Limit exception user assignment to Administration only switch in the Settings > Users and Roles page, these exception user details will display in the Details tab:
- Exception user:
- A green checkmark shows that the user is an exception user.
- A red X shows that the user isn't an exception user.

Roles tab
From the Roles tab, you can assign the Restricted Integration User role and workspaces to the user.
Workspaces tab
From the Workspaces tab, you can add the user to workspaces in the tenant.
Models tab
From the Models tab, you can view a list of models associated with the user, and the model state.
