You can import items into lists from a variety of file types. Additionally, you can also add parents, codes, descriptions, subsets, and properties to list items when you import.

You can import data into lists from either CSV or TXT files, or from data sources in Anaplan.

You can import data to create a new list, and you can also import data to update the properties of an existing list. If an import changes the parent of a list item, the list hierarchy changes as part of the import.

When you import data into or from a list, selective access applies if you are not a workspace administrator. If you are a workspace administrator, you can import into or from lists freely.
