The final step in the Anaplan Data Orchestrator process is to create a link to an Anaplan model. Links in Anaplan Data Orchestrator enable you to map and push data from a dataset to an Anaplan model.
Set up links
To set up links, you must first create a link to objects in a model. Once the link is created, you then choose a dataset input for the link and map columns to the objects. You can use a source dataset or transformation view dataset (derived dataset). The last step is for you to push the dataset to a model.
View links
The Links inventory screen displays a list of links you created.
If you migrate model actions to Data Orchestrator, this action creates a link and the link displays in the Links inventory screen. For more information, see Migrate model actions to Data Orchestrator.
To view links in Data Orchestrator:
- Select Data Orchestrator from the top-left navigation menu.
- Choose a dataspace from the list.
- Select Links from the left-side panel.
To change the displayed columns, select Edit columns to the right of the toolbar. Edit the columns you want to display and then select Apply.
Manage links
You can manage the links on the Links inventory screen. For more information, see Manage Anaplan Data Orchestrator links.
Your license entitles you to run a limited number of data extracts and model links in any 24 hour period. Contact your account team to increase your allowance.
