You can view information about the workspaces in your tenant from the Workspaces page in the Administration console.
To view a list of workspaces, select Administration from the top-left navigation menu, and then select Workspaces.
Workspaces page
The Workspaces page displays all the workspaces in your tenant. The workspaces are listed in alphabetical order by name.
Select a column header to sort the entries by the column values.
From the Workspaces page, you can view these workspace details:
- Name
- Enabled:
- A green checkmark shows that the workspace is enabled.
- A red X shows that the workspace is disabled.
- Usage (GB): Displays the workspace allocation in gigabytes.
Workspace right-side panel
When you select a workspace from the list, a right-side panel opens. It shows the Details, Models, and Users related to the workspace.
Details tab
From the Details tab, you can view these details:
- Workspace
- Enabled
- A green checkmark shows that the workspace is enabled.
- A red X shows that the workspace is disabled.
- Usage
- Allowance
- Workspace ID
- Workspace region
Models tab
From the Models tab, you can view a list of models assigned to the workspace, and the model size.
User tab
From the User tab, to view the users in the workspaces assigned to each workspace role, select a workspace role tab:
- Admins: Users assigned as workspace administrators.
- Non-admins: Users not assigned as workspace administrators.
