You can create slicers at the workbook level that display on all sheets in the workbook.

Anaplan XL Reporting displays these slicers in a slicer pane, which you can arrange vertically or horizontally. The slicer pane stays in place when you switch sheets. This means that in a workbook with many sheets, you only need to define one set of slicers. You can then choose to show or hide these slicers for each sheet as needed.

When you publish, Anaplan XL Reporting places workbook slicers in Anaplan XL Web at the same position you defined in the workbook. On the web, the slicer pane remains fixed in place, but users can still show or hide it as needed.

You can enable workbook slicers in reports.

Use the Slicer > Workbook Slicers ribbon item to turn on the Workbook Slicer pane in Excel. Drag the pane to dock it to any part of the Excel window.

In Anaplan XL Web, use the toolbar menu button to show or hide the slicer pane. The button is available only when the current report contains workbook slicers.
