The label Visiting user enables you to identify people from partner organizations who have been added to your workspace. You can use the label to then identify and remove these users after a partner implementation completes. With the User Admin role, you can view a complete list of visiting users in the Administration console.

User Admins can also:

  • View a complete list of visiting users.
  • Keep track of who should be removed after a partner implementation is completed.

To view details about visiting users:

  1. Navigate to Users > Visiting in the Administration console.
    The Visiting tab displays all users among different tenants. It also displays who is assigned to workspaces in your tenant. The entries display by first name, sorted alphabetically.

From this tab you can view the user’s:

  • First name
  • Last name
  • Assigned role in the tenant
  • Email address

Select a column header to sort entries by the column value.
