This form enables you to input override specific foreign exchange rates by dimension.
Prerequisites
The system requires these member tags for the Foreign Exchange Rates Override input form:

Note: Member tagging is done within the Anaplan Financial Consolidation Model Manager.
The system also requires Global Variables for the input form.

| CurrentPeriod | This should be set to the name of the current period element, for example: 2025 P3. |
Access the input form
To access the Foreign Exchange Rates Override input form:
- Select the Explorer module.
- Expand the Fluence > Consolidation > Input.
- Right-click the Foreign Exchange Rates Override form and select Open. Alternatively, double-click the form to open it.
Note:
- The Foreign Exchange Rates Override input form can also be launched via a link from the Foreign Exchange Rates form.
- Your administrator may have moved the form to another location, or it may be started as part of a process.
Parameters
If running the form via a link from the Foreign Exchange Rates form, the parameters passed should be the Total Group entity, the year selected, and the scenario selected.
The key parameters of the input form, if opened through the Explorer module, include:

| Period | It defaults to the value set in the Global Variable CurrentYear. |

Use the input form
Once you have selected the parameters, the input form displays the columns below:

| Date | Symbol selector within the Date parameter selected. |
| Entity | Symbol selector within the Entity parameter selected. |
| Local Currency | Protected and set to the local Currency of the Entity. |
| Reporting Currency | Symbol selector for Currencies. |
| Account | Symbol selector for Accounts. |
| Movement | Symbol selector for Movement. |
| Audit | Symbol selector for audit. |
| Rate | Numeric rate input. |
Note: Override rates can't be inputted into a period and scenario combination that is closed.
